Mid American Studio offers an ever-growing, comprehensive fitness program to accommodate the busy, but health conscious adult. Unique to our studio is the opportunity for parents to attend fitness classes while their children dance at the same time!

Mid American Studio allows a client to work out at various times through the day and evening, Monday through Saturday. Clients enjoy a beautiful, state of the art facility, with a sprung hardwood floor for cardio classes and just new in 2004 a dedicated yoga/pilates studio and a reformer studio!
