Various fitness equipment,
such as physio balls, jump ropes, resistance tubes and
light weights will be used to challenge and help shape
the young fitness student. Cardiovascular workouts, as
well as core stabilization and strength moves will also
be instructed.
Youth schedule runs from
September 12th through December 17th. No classes the week
of Thanksgiving.
13 Week Session - One class $135
Additional classes are discounted 10%
All students are required to wear dance shoes or clean
cheer/pom sneakers during class
