• Cost: $50/per athlete

Clinic details: Athletes will work on conditioning with a Mid American Fitness personal trainer, focusing on muscles for jumps and kicks; and stretching with MAPP Staff to enhance flexibility. They will also receive a kickline and jump drill routine, and will have a discussion on muscle use with handouts for supporting stretches and workouts.
