The mission of our Coach Connect Facebook Group is to empower and uplift Mid American Pompon coaches by connecting you with six, handpicked, highly-experienced and knowledgeable mentors who are ready to guide, support, and share valuable insights to help you grow, overcome challenges, and lead your team with confidence. Whether you’re looking for tryout tips, camp prep ideas, conditioning strategies, or help navigating parent communication, this space is designed to help you grow and thrive.

Meet Your Mentors!
Our mentors have 50+ years of combined experience in the pom world. From being on their school’s pompon team to coaching, judging, winning State and High Kick Championships, choreographing, holding tryouts, being a member of the MAPP All Stars and Staff, facilitating parent interactions, fundraising and much (much!) more – our mentors have been there, done that, and are here to help you and your team excel!
